About
“When you recover or discover something that nourishes your soul and brings joy, care enough about yourself to make room for it in your life”
Jean Shinoda

Hi, I’m Michelle, founder of Just Be Inspired.
Created for Women Rediscovering What’s Next
Like so many women, I spent years pouring my energy into others — raising kids, managing responsibilities, and showing up for everyone else. For me, that meant being a full-time mom. For others, it might look like long hours at work, caring for aging parents, or juggling all of the above.
Then life shifted. My kids grew up, my calendar opened up, and I found myself asking a question I hadn’t in years: “What’s next for me?”
I realized I was craving something more — deeper connections, meaningful experiences, and time devoted to my own joy and growth. Instead of waiting for life to come to me, I decided to create the space I was longing for.

What began as a simple Facebook group for fun and connection quickly became something more.
Many women felt the same pull — a desire to reconnect more deeply, rediscover their passions, and make space for themselves again.
Midlife brings meaningful transitions — some joyful, some challenging. Empty nests. Career shifts. Caring for parents. Redefining who we are. During that season, working with a life coach helped me reconnect with my values, passions, and purpose. That experience inspired me to become a certified health and life coach and expand Just Be Inspired beyond a small circle of friends.
Today, Just Be Inspired is a welcoming community offering events, workshops, and personal coaching for women navigating what’s next.
